Vendor fee

Included: Standard black tablecloth, table, 2 additional guest passes 

I understand that event setup is from 9-2:30PM, and that my vendor table & passes expire it not checked in before 2:30PM, and no refunds will be given.

This is to ensure that all vendors are checked in and have adequate setup time before doors open for general admission at noon.

I understand that any setup requiring the use of power tools is not permitted within the event.Vendors are not permitted to setup tents within their space without prior approval.

Table location is first come, first served at the event. Spaces are only reserved for sponsors and vendors who signed up early with 4+ tables. Wall spaces are extremely limited, we recommend getting their early!
